Only conference titans Clemson and Florida State are rated higher as of writing.Last year N.C. State finished with a 9-4 record, finishing behind Clemson and Syracuse in the ACC Atlantic Division before losing to Texas A&M in the Gator Bowl.Maryland’s 2019 class is ranked the No. 69 class in the country by 247Sports.
